This modification is issued to add the following information: The stormwater structural BMP's construction project for Naval Station, Mayport will take place at various sites across the base. Site demolition will include, but not be limited to, concrete and asphalt removal and disposal, eart excavation and hauling, metal building demolition and disposal and below ground pipe removal.
