refund will be made and materials need not be returned. If project is
cancelled or no award is made, cost of plans and specifications will be
refunded only on written request. Solicitation to be issued on or about
21 August 1996. Bid Opening on or about 20 September 1996. Duration of
contract 365 days. If a large business firm is selected for this
announcement, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the
requirement of a subcontracting plan. The Fort Worth District's goal
for the dollars to be subcontracted is for 52.5% to go to Small
