The washrack facility shall have a pre-engineered building and roof over the concrete slab washrack. The concrete slab shall be pile supported. The pre-engineered building shall house stationary pressure washer and electrical room. Exterior to the facility shall be a precast concrete oil/water separator with coalescing media and an aboveground vault-type fuel oil storage tank. Additive Item No. 1 includes installing the washwater recycle system and incidental related work. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 19 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first serve basis. A check or money order for $25.00 payable to the Treasury of the United States is required as a non-refundable charge for each set of bidding data. Written requests must be received in the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction no less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening if you want the bidding data mailed. If your check is received less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening, we will attempt to contact you and afford you the opportunity to pick up a bid package.
