This solicitation invites proposals for removal of two existing 237 ton water cooled centrifugal chillers, recovering the refrigerant, and replacing them with two new 237 ton water cooled centrifugal chillers. Also included, is the installation of a refrigerant fan ventilation/purge system of the mechanical room, a refrigerant monitoring system, scuba gear, and providing a portable and stationary refrigerant recovery system. Facility is located at 10401 Post Office Blvd. The estimated cost of this project is between $300,000 and $400,000 with completion within 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
