SKIPPER, (912) 767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract to Paint and Miscellaneous Repairs to Family Housing Areas 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Ft. Stewart, GA. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to: (1) Remove and replace deteriorated wood. (2) Remove and replace hardboard siding. (3) Remove and replace flashing. (4) Clean and paint all previously painted exterior surfaces. (5) Seal all brick surfaces on all buildings and (6) Paint mailbox stands and bus shelters. Performance shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this project is 1721. Award is anticipated by September 30, 1996. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for this solicitation package.
