Requests for Offers are expected to be available approximately August 26, 1996, with an opening date of offers for September 13, 1996. The price range is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. Request for Offers will be sent to the first ten (10) contractors requesting the Request for Offer and having experience in HVAC contracts exceeding $100,000.00 and also experience in the installation of the following: a. Split System fan coil units and outdoor condensing units b. Split System computer room A.C. units and outdoor condensing units c. Hot water reheat coils d. Associated plumbing for HVAC System e. Demolition and installation of ductwork associated with HVAC system modifications f. HVAC controls g. Electrical power distribution for HVAC systems All requests must be received by August 19, 1996.
