Lee, (804) 441-7790 Project consists of the renovation of one-half of two buildings (Buildings 9001 and 9002), 30 guest rooms, 25,800 sf lodging complex and connecting breezeway. Work includes asbestos abatement and demolition prior to commencing with new interior finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings. Construction of new kitchens includes cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Bathrooms require new vanities, sinks, toilet accessories and tile. New thru-the-wall HVAC units shall be installed, as well as new lighting, ceiling fans, telephone, and cable. New doors and card key entry systems are included. Exterior work includes cleaning and sealing the existing stucco finish, painting trim, and cleaning and reaming sanitary lines. Additional work includes the laundry room, water coolers, new batt insulation, and ice machine. A Network Analysis shall be required for this work. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of the project is 360 calendar days.
