Works consists of removing existing built-up roof and guttering and replace with a single-ply EPDM roof, fully adhered, and new guttering and downspouts. This project is subject to availability of funds. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 20 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first serve basis. Contractors will be limited to one copy of the bid package.
