Works consists of replacing flooring, replacing stair treads, painting interior walls, and installing new suspended ceilings. This project is subject to availability of funds. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 20 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first serve basis.
