The principle features include civil and architectural work, structural foundation work, mechanical work, and electrical work. All work shall be done in strict accordance with Specification Number B005-96 and drawings referenced therein. This solicitation is being issued Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a bid for consideration. Project completion shall be within 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The bid opening date is estimated.
