Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to replace existing roofs with new Ethylene Propylene Dienen Monomer (EPDM) Roofs Post wide, Fort Monmouth, NJ. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with Drawing Nos. 10777-1 through 10777-4 and specification, 93-0621. Proposed procurement is unrestricted and subject to the availability of funds. Site visit and liquidated damages will be specified in IFB DAAB08-96-B-0009, to be issued on/about 15 August 1996. Estimated Range is 401-500K. Construction completion time is 120 days. There will be a charge of 12.00 per bid package to cover Government specifications and drawings.
