Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR)(a Non-appropriated Fund Activity (NAF) for Maintenance and Repair of AMF Bowling Center Equipment. This requirement is being sought on a sole source basis as USAYPG's bowling center is located in a remote location (26 miles north east of the city of Yuma, Arizona), and is operated by MWR activity. It is estimated that only 20 hours of on-site work per week is required for performance of these services. See Note 22.(0214)
