Minimum Salient Characteristics: Spray booth: Exterior dimensions must be less than or equal to 7'w x 11'2'' h x 11'd. Interior working dimensions must be equal to or greater than 6'w x 8'h x 6'd. Safety shutdown for dirty filters. All equipment must be explosion proof. Turn-key installation. Powder Coating Application Equipment: Unit must be supplied with all required hoses/fittings/equipment for turn-key operations. Air drying equipment for powder application. Includes MPG-2000 spray gun, GCM2000 gun control module, 5 lb hopper, all mounted on mobile cart unit. Oven: Chamber dimensions must be a minimum of 6' x 6' x 6'. Chamber must be designed for rolling in racked equipment. Turn-key installation. Spark resistant exhaust blower. Explosion proof motor for use in hazardous environments. Electrical 480 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz, 70 amperes. Technical and safety training must be provided to provide the painting technicians with the necessary experties to maintain and operate the system. The spray booth, powder coating applicating equipment and oven must also meet Best Available Control Technology (BACT) as outlined in Kern County Air Pollution Control District Rule 210.1 (new and modified stationary source review).
