Officer, 719-556-7939. This sources sought synopsis is being submitted
for the purpose of developing a list of potential qualified
contractors that can provide the services referenced below. It should
be understood that funding is not available at this time. Should
funding become available, such a listing would allow for the expedient
processing of the solicitation. Nonpersonal services to provide all
personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supervision and
other items necessary to maintain the PASS 3000 Accountability Card
Reader/Alarm System (ACR/AS) and alarm systems in various locations at
Cheyenne Mountain AS (CMAS), CO. The contractor shall assume full and
complete responsibility for maintenance of all alarms located within
the blast doors, building #306, building #307, building #100, building
#101, building #106, building #12100, building 200 at CMAS. The alarm
system is to detect attempted unauthorized entry into restricted
access areas and attempted unauthorized entry into priority ''A''
resources in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101v1, The
Physical Security Program; AFI 31-209, The Air Force Resource
Protection Program; and Director of Central Intelligence Directive
(DCID) 1/21, Physical Security Standards for Sensitive Compartmented
Information Facilities. The contractor is responsible to maintain and
keep fully operational the PASS 3000 computer, interfaces and alarm
