Contractor shall provide and secure all labor, material, equipment, effort and supervision to provide painting of various buildings and facilities at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Slidell, Louisiana. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Interior painting of ceiling, structural steel, metal duct work, gypsum and plastered walls, concrete block walls, wood and metal windows, concrete & wood floors, piping and trim, exterior painting of corrugated asbestos and corrugated metal, concrete and concrete block, piping, doors and trim and preparation and repair work such as installing glass and glazing, moving furniture, pressure washing and minor plaster repairs at various buildings and facilities which will be indicated on individual delivery orders. This acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Minimum guarantee is $5,000.00. Contract duration is base year of 12 months and two 12-month option periods.
