The project scope includes a complete repair of the Officer's Open Mess to include: Repair or replacement of clay tile roof and built up roofs. Replacement of heating, ventalition and air conditioning system and electrical distribution system. Life and safety code modifications and upgrading of interior finishes. New work will include addition of unisex handicap restroom. Project includes fire alarm system upgrades. All repairs and alterations will be made in accordance with current historical standards. Project includes asbestos abatement and a small amount of lead based paint removal. The project will be phased construction to continue operations of the Officers Open Mess. Performance time is 354 days. Cost for this package will be $125.00. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The government obligation under this contract is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds.
