The actuators operate the sump sluice gate and the by-pass sluice gate at the east branch pumping station, Stamford Hurricane Barrier, Stamford, Connecticut. The gate stem, stem guide and thrust nut shall be replaced at sump sluice gate. The upper gate stem and upper stem guide shall be replaced at the by-pass sluice gate. Plans and specifications available on or about 082096 at no charge. Small business size standard: The average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7,000,000.00.
