The anchor rods will be the turnbuckle type and will be forged.The rods will vary in size from 5 inches X 6 feet in length up to 10 inches X 9feet in length. Pins varying from 4.5 inches to 13.5 inches will also be replaced.The navigation locks for which this material will be used include: Fort Loudounnear Lenoir City, TN; Kentucky near Paducah, KY; Pickwick near Savannah, TN and Guntersville in Guntersville, AL. Solicitations will be mailed on August 21,1996 and will be requesting offers to fabricate and deliver the anchor rods and pins.
