The structure shall include partitions, cabinets, counters, doors & windows, finishes, plumbing, HAVC system, 110/220 volt electrical power, provisions for installation of Italian light fixtures, emergency lighting, automtic fire alarm & sprinkler systems, smoke detection system and closed circuit monitoring system. The structure shall be complete, independent and integral units and shall be delivered complete and undamaged to the Port of Naples, Italy on or before November 22, 1996.
