Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, power, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct a complete 40' x 75' utility building. The utility building shall be a pre-engineered metal frame building which is to be installed at Nambe Pueblo, Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Work required shall include site work consisting of excavation, grading and construction of a 6'' thick on grade concrete slab. Building construction shall meet all applicable NM State Building Codes including 30 lb. snow load and 100 mph wind load. Project completion time is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed date. The estimated price range is between $70,000 to $120,000. Solicitation issuance date is August 9, 1996.
