The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Millington, TN, has a requirement for a Pre-fabricated Modular Office Building. This shall be a nominal size of 36' x 65', with various interior room dimensions. The building shall conform to all applicable Federal, state, and local building codes, NFPA codes, and the American Disability Act. The contractor is required to deliver and set-up the building on site at FPC Millington, to include tie-down anchoring to conform to local seismic codes. Drawings will be included in the solicitation package. On site construction of this building is unacceptable. Solicitation packages will be available approximately 08/22/96, with bid opening approximately 09/24/96. The proposed contract is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
