Each system shall consist of 1each MIDI angulation head, 1each Groundhog tripod, 1each SOFLAM adapter, 1 set of footplates and pins, and 1 each carrybag. Deliveries of the systems will start 90 days after effective date of contract and will end 180 days after award. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, 300 Highway 316, Crane, IN 47522-5001. Other than Full and Open Competition shall be used in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
