The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center desires to acquire Packet Switched Data Networks (PSDN) services to provide X.25 digital data communications connectivity for international and CONUS data exchange between Satellite Coast Earth Stations and the Volpe Center. Leased lines to the Volpe Center must be provided to access the network with continuous support and maintenance. The required baud rate is of 64Kbits/second with X.25 gateway facilities. Service must be provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Requests for the RFP must be received in writing within fifteen days from the date of this publication.
