The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor to provide Disaster Recovery Services to support critical resources. The contractor shall provide the necessary facilities, hardware, software, telecommunications, management, and associated technical support personnel to ensure the requested Disaster Recovery (Business Recovery) services and functions are accomplished in a cost effective, timely and quality manner. International Business Machines (IBM) is currently the only known vendor that can provide these type of services. USAID intends to negotiate a contract with this organization on a sole source basis.
