The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). In accordance with the FAR Part 13, this procurement has been classified as a small business set aside. The purpose of this procurement is to assist the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) in the development of a resource manual for all Bureau funded programs on the integration of successful Hepatitis B protocols into primary care services. The contractor shall: conduct 7 site visits to BPHC funded programs; conduct review of relevant literature on Hepatitis B; prepare a publishable article; prepare a draft and final manuscript and an oral presentation of the case study findings; provide bi-monthly progress reports; develop an educational brochure.
