Provide storage for critical Government-owned microfilm, computer tapes, optical disks, and support documents in a secure location for Department of the Treasury, Chicago Financial Center (CFC). Storage site shall be capable of storing an estimated 17,000 non-standard 10'' diameter microfilm reels, 100 magnetic tapes, 10 optical disks, and a maximum volume of 15 boxes approximately 10'' X 12'' X 18''. The storage area shall maintain the following conditions/items: temperature from 62 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit, humidity from 35 to 45 percent, a central fire suppression system, a 24-hour emergency response and retrieval service, and continually operating intrusion and fire alarm systems designed to protect the area where the microfilm, computer tapes, optical disks, and support documents are stored. A 4-hour retrieval response time following notification will be required. Services will also include pulling and refiling the stored material. Offeror facility must be located at least 5 miles from the Department of the Treasury, CFC, 536 South Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60605. Services will be required for one base year with two one-year options. Solicitation no.
