The above referenced solicitation has been amended as follows: The construction consists of subsurface reinforced concrete vaults with steel access doors to provide containment for two 500 gallon Oil Water Separators (OWS). Work includes: excavation and removal of two existing OWS and concrete ballasts; disconnection of drain piping, vent piping, and remote alarm circuitry; construction of containment vaults; reinstallation of OWS, drain piping, vent piping and alarm circuit; and site restoration. Constructing approximately 600 square meter reinforced concrete parking and containment slab on grade. Site clearing and grubbing; base preparation; steel reinforcing and concrete work, including integral drainage, containment sump and containment berms; curbing and pavement work; and site restoration. Contract completion is 120 days. Contract price is between $100,000 - $250,000.
