Project includes the construction of two earth-covered 26'X80' munition storage igloos with associated asphalt roadway access. The igloos will be of precast concrete, panel construction. The magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time shall be 240 calendar days. This solicitation is issued unrestricted. Firms should indicate whether they are women-owned, small, or large business concerns. Also firms should state if they are interested as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor.
