The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S100,000 and S250,000. Bonding is required. Estimated start work date is October 7, 1996.
