The work for Centerville Beach includes the removal and disposal of existing gravel surfaced asphalt built-up roofing, bituminous and sheet metal flashings, gutter/downspout assemblies, plywood roof decking and incidental related items and the installation of new plywood roof decking, prepared roll roofing, spray applied polyurethane foam roofing, sheet metal flashings, gutter/downspout assemblies, and incidental related work. The work for Coos Head includes the removal and disposal of existing gravel surfaced asphalt built-up roofing, granular surfaced roll roofing, insulation, bituminous and sheet metal flashings, gutter/downspout assemblies, plywood roof decking and incidental related items and the installation of new plywood roof dekcing, roof insulation including tapered insulation, gravel surfaced asphalt built-up roofing, modified bituminous and sheet metal flashings, gutter/downspout assemblies, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 270 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1761 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.
