The work includes removal of existing below ground oil water separators, retrofitting existing oil water separators, installing above ground oil water separators, constructing canopy roofs, installing sewer and storm drain laterals, and providing various plumbing, electrical and paving work and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 180 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of X% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.
