Additive Bid Item: Install a new central air-conditioning system (a 4-ton heating/cooling roof-top unit) in the North Wing of the building and all other incidental related work. Replace the fan section of the air-handling unit, in lieu of replacing the fan motor. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement.
