Project requires demolition and new construction. Demolition includes, but is not limited to, the removal of interior metal stud and drywall partitions that have sound absorbent wall tiles or ceramic tiles on them; removal and relocation of air conditioning ducts and diffusers; wall to wall carpeting, acoustical tile doors and frames, fluorescent lighting fixtures, flooring surfaces, and stainless steel handrails. New construction includes, but is not limited to, erecting new metal stud and drywall partitions, ceramic tile walls and floors, hollow metal doors and frames; installation of new sinks, toilets, urinals, and the associated piping in the interstitial.
