This is a pre-solicitation notice to inform all bidders of the National Park Service's intention to solicit bids for plugging oil/gas wells to include restoration of the sites. All wells are within the boundaries of Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656(241). Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. Bids will be opened at Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area, 15610 Vaughn Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141. All requests for project documents must be made in writing stating solicitation number 1443IB616096003, complete company name, point of contact, address, area code and phone number, facsimile number and whether requesting as a prime/subcontractor/supplier.
