Work consists of the 4 phased, general repairs of septic systems, which will include: filling oxidation ponds, furnish and install septic tanks, construct leach fields, remove holding tanks, construct force main, construct ETI, remove and dispose of package plant, construct monitor well, construct lift station, pump and clean septic tanks, replacing clay distributor lines, leaching lines with PVC lines, and provide all other work required at 68 various building locations on Vandenberg AFB. The magnitude of this proposed acquisition is between $500,000 to $1,000,000 and will be solicited under Standard Industrial Classification Code 1711. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit via certified check or money order is required for each solicitation package requested. All checks should be made payable to FSO-Vandenberg AFB. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted basis IAW PL 102-366. Interested bidders must submit a written request no later than 16 August 1996.
