This renovation will include interior and exterior work, with repaving to the existing parking lot, provide new exterior finishes, doors and windows, completely replace built up roof with new EPDM type roofing membrane. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
