Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-G-0028 or its successor BOA N00019-96-G-0089 with Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, New York for the fabrication and installation of Forward Looking InfraRed (FLIR) Targeting System (FTS) integration modification kits, pylon adapter equipment, and related technical data for the F-14 aircraft. As the designer, developer, and sole producer of the F-14 aircraft, Grumman Aerospace Corporation is the only known firm with the expertise and knowledge to produce and install the kits in the timeframe required.
