16 -- ANALYSIS OF VH-3D STRESS LOADS SOL N00019-95-G-0218 POC Contact, Randall Cohen, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the analysis, instrumentation, and flight data recording of stress loads on the VH-3D aircraft. This analysis shall provide verification of test data previously gathered by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation under previous study. Sikorsky Aircraft is the designer, developer and sole manufactuer of the VH-3 aircraft and is the only known company capable of performing this effort within the required time period.
