This procurement is for Steerable Antenna Systems, TYPE I and TYPE II, to be built in accordance with Specification 13572-ATS654 and Drawings 1611AS2879 (Type I) and 1611AS2870 (Type II). The Steerable Antenna Systems are to be used in aerial targets and aircraft mounted pods to provide RF signals on a target location using a cooperative beacon signal to develop positioning data. Due to unique vehicle mounting constraints; specific form factor, weight and prime power consumption requirements are imposed. The weight of the Steerable Antenna Systems shall be not greater than 18 pounds. The frequency range of the antenna systems is as follows: Type I, 8.7 to 9.5 GHz, Type II, 14.0 to 15.2 GHz. Total quantity of antenna systems: Type I, One Each First Article unit, One each Production Unit, Additonal units not to exceed 25 each, subject to applicable indefinite quantity (IDIQ) clauses; Type II, One Each First Article unit, One each Production Unit, Additional units not to exceed 25 each, subject to applicable indefinite quantity (IDIQ) clauses. Delivery requirements are First Article units due 330 days after contract award, production units 240 days after approval of First Article unit. The additional units shall be delivered at a rate of 2 each per month starting 240 days after issuance of delivery order. Period of performance shall be three years commencing from date of award. Delivery shall be made FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Point Mugu, California.
