The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River announces its intention to issue a sole-source contract,per FAR part 6.302-1, to NAVMAR Applied Sciences, Inc., 65 W. Street Rd., Warminster, PA 18974, to provide engineering support for the installation and test of the Digital Fuel Quantity System (DFQS) in the P-3C aircraft, review the DFQS specification, Interface Requirements Specification, and Software Requirements Specification and provide comments and change recommendations, and assist in the development of Team Work Plans and prepare Work Breakdown Structure based on SRP Technical Team member assignments. This effort will constitute approximately 640 man hours of effort, and will be processed as a Simplified Acquisition. (0219)
