A -- MK 53 DECOY LAUNCHING SYSTEM (NULKA) SOL N00024-95-C-5447 POC Steve Gordon, Contract Specialist, (703)602-8000 x548. This procurement is for the NULKA Decoy Electronic Payload Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) upgrade and the development of the MK 53 Decoy Launching System (DLS) technical data package. The contractor shall perform services necessary to provide hardware, documentation, and support relating to the incorporation of enhanced EMC capability of the NULKA Payload, and to provide Level III Technical Data Packages for the payload upgrade and the NULKA Launch Subsystem. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to execute a modification to Contract N00024-95-C-5447 with Sippican, Inc. of Marion, MA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Sippican is currently the sole developer of the Payload and the Launch Subsystem. All parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Sippican, Inc. directly.
