A -- INTEGRATION EFFORTS SUPPORTING THE ALQ-135 BAND 1.5 SOL F33657-96-R-0028 POC Contract Negotiator, Lt Eddie Young/Contracting Officer, Catherine Doyle, (513) 255-5988. The F-15 System Program Office (SPO), Directorate of Development and Acquisition, is contemplating contractual action to integrate the AN/ALQ-135 Internal Countermeasures Set Band 1.5 into the F-15E aircraft. Efforts include integration engineering support (hardware and software), aircraft flight test support to include bench testing, problem identification and resolution. Integration efforts include RF compatibility with other systems onboard the F-15E, primarily but not limited to the Fire Control Radar, the Radar Warning Receiver, LANTIRN, and AIM-7. Offers will be considered from any firm providing clear and convincing evidence of its capability to meet all of the following criterion: (a) Capability to show engineering knowledge of the ALQ-135 ICS Band 1.5 and 3 System and the F-15E, (b) Capability to integrate the Band 1.5 subsystem to be compatible with the F-15E weapon system, (c) Capability to conduct F-15E aircraft retrofit/modification activities, (d) Capability to conduct systems engineering and project management for all F-15E subsystems, (e) Capability to provide all required engineering data. Sources responding should provide information concerning key management and program personnel with a resume of their previous experience and evidence of capability to perform successfully. This statement will have a twenty (20) page maximum limit, double spaced, point size 12, (f) SIC for this procurement action is 8731, with a size standard of 1,500 employees including the offeror and its affiliates.
