Non-personal: Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment,
parts, material, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide
troubleshooting assistance to Government personnel via telecon, and
on-site remedial maintenance if telecon troubleshooting assistance
fails to solve equipment problems/malfunctions on Government-owned
AUSS-V Automated Ultrasonic Scanning System (manufacturer: McDonnel
Douglas). System is located at Tinker AFB Oklahoma. Period of
Performance: Date of award through 12 months and four each one-year
option periods. A firm fixed price indefinite quantity/labor hour type
service contract os contemplated, with reimbursment of travel expenses

of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program
director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor
concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate
government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain

not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source
