Contractor shall be accredited by the College of American Pathologists; shall provide daily courier pickup service between 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.; emergency toxicology (STAT) testing and STAT courier service on a 24-hr, 7-day-a-week basis with results within 4 hours; STAT Lecithin/Sphingomyelin Ratio and Phosphatidylglycerol testing by thin layer chromatography with results within 8 hours; routine therapeutic drug testing with results within 12 hours; specimen/transport containers; and an 800 phone number.
