S -- NATURAL GAS COMMODITY SOL 598-55-96 DUE 092596 POC Djuna Roberts, Contracting Officer, 501-370-6671 This medical center has a requirement for natural gas commodity to be supplied for health care facilities located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. Total natural gas consumption for the two facilities is approximately 200,000 MCF, annually. The anticipated delivery start date is October 1, 1996. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the contracting officer at 501-370-6671. Requests for proposals shall be in writing and may be faxed to 501-370-6642. Marketers will be notified of the selection within 24 hours. All commodity pricing must be valid for a 24 hour period. Proposal documents will be sent to interested marketers via fax and mail. Marketers must comply with the requirements of NorAM Gas Transmission Company (NGT) and Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company (ARKLA). Proposals submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below: 1. Natural gas unit cost. 2. Previous experience on the NGT pipeline. 3. Previous experience on the ARKLA system. 4. Previous experience with other government facilities. 5. Previous experience with other health care facilities. 6. The level of service to be provided by the marketer. (0219)
