U -- EDUCATION & TRAINING SERVICES SOL 6-4300 POC Sandy Souders The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pacific Development Council, Honolulu, Hawaii, for participation/sponsorship in the Pacific Islands Hazard Mitigation Workshop to be held in late summer/early fall of 1996 in Honolulu, Hawaii. This training workshop will provide an effective mechanism for evaluating hazard mitigation program options for American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Hawaii. Other offerors that have the ability to provide the above services are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
