The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Del Mar College, Center for Business and Community Education, Corpus Christi TX 78404, since the course instruction is provided by Del Mar. It would not be practical nor feasible to separate the two closely related services. The award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures.
