This work includes but is not limited to removal of abandoned roof projections and skylights. The work shall be located at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. Please do not call for additional technical information. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The invitation for bid is tentatively scheduled for 23 August 1996. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 6 September 1996 at 10:00 a.m. All bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on 23 September 1996. The award will be made to the low, responsive offeror pending determination of the responsibility. Plans and Specifications will become available no earlier that 23 August 1996.
