Work will include site preparation, structures as required, concrete pads with security fencing, transformers, switch gear, voltage regulators, power factor correction equipment, lightning protection, and site lighting. Support work includes such things as underground/overhead lines necessary to connect the substation, coordination with all utilities in the path of the distribution lines, coordination of outages with the facility, and other items as required to provide a complete functional distribution system. Design will be a fixed fee not to exceed $193,662.00. Proposals received from this solicitation will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: A. Technical Merit. B. Price. C.
