Monk, Contracting Officer, (410) 636-4373 Z - The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for repairs to Barracks, Building #33 which includes repairs to building foundation walls including removal of old patches, repairing, cleaning and coating of the concrete; repairs to exterior quarry tile deck; minor brick painting; some sheet metal work; refurbishing of basement window guards; and painting at the U.S. Coast Guard YARD in Baltimore, Maryland. The work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specification and drawing. The contractor shall begin work within 15 calendar days after notice to proceed and complete all work, including clean up, final walk-thru and any resultant punch-list items with 25 working days. Bidders will be furnished one full set of drawing. The estimatrd cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation is unrestricted IAW the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
